Work was a complete bitch tonight.......

K my resident who has prader willi syndrome, had a complete loose the plot night, which included her teeth in my jumper, trying to kick me, got L a good one in the shin, M seemed relatively unscathed. Ended up with me and M having her in a CPI hold on the couch.... Whats hardest is that what drives her rage, isnt about what staff do or dont do, but its driven through an innate sense of self hatered, feelings of hopelessness that her situation is not one she can change, she will never be able to live independently

I gave her a back massage and was able to pray while I was giving her a massage


I feel so hopeless
